Quarantine Doesn’t Succ-ulent At Our Houston High Rise

The last few months have been tough for everyone, but our outlook is to do our best to remain upbeat and positive, especially now. We have loved communicating with our residents and finding fun ways to still “get together” during this stay-at home order, so we wanted to highlight a few of them we did here at our Houston high rise. As always, thanks for all you participation and for making this the best downtown Houston apartment around!

#mysucculentbar (DIY Succulent Kits)

We put together #quarantinesuccs kits (aren’t we punny?) for our residents a few weeks ago as a fun little project to let residents know we were thinking about them, and to give them something fun to do during this “down” time. We delivered full DIY succulent kits to our resident’s doors that came with all the fun things to create your own masterpiece.

We have loved seeing residents and friends tagging us in their creations, and seeing them beautifully displayed on our Houston high rise balconies throughout the community.

Cinco de Mayo Pop-Up To-Go Margarita Bar

One of the absolute best things about living in downtown Houston are all the great places to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. With some of the country’s best margaritas scattered throughout town, you usually have the pick of the litter on where to celebrate, or even just spend Taco Tuesdays. This year was a bit different, so we worked with The Traveling Spirit to set up a to-go margarita bar in our lobby for our residents, with social distancing guidelines still in place. We loved seeing some of our favorite smiling faces (even through the masks!) in our lobby, and even a few of our furry residents joined us for the fun.

Our team even got excited to mix up our own margaritas during set up, but we think we’ll leave that to the professional bartenders here on out. Check out a few of our Houston downtown apartment Facebook pictures.

As things are slowly getting back to normal, we just want to say thank you for all your patience and positive vibes during this time. We have worked hard to keep your Houston high rise clean and fun. Please know our entire team is here for you if you need anything.
