Food Takeout and Delivery Options Near our Houston High Rise: March 2020

Our top priority at One Park Place is the safety and health of all of our residents, staff and visitors. Our Houston high rise office is working diligently to keep you in the loop. We will continue to do our best to update you on our downtown Houston area as things continue to change, but don’t hesitate to call us or email us with any questions or concerns you may have. Since everyone has been asking about food and takeout options during this unprecedented time, we gathered up a list of some local downtown Houston spots that are delivering or offering curbside takeout services. Since this list continues to change, we recommend calling first.

Phoenicia, our on-site restaurant is offering takeaway prepared meals [please note, MKT Bar is fully closed] and they are open the following hours (as of the time this post was written):

• Monday - Friday [8 AM to 8 PM]
• Saturday [9 AM to 8 PM]
• Sunday [9 AM to 6 PM]

Mendocino Farms (Multiple Locations) While Mendocino Farms is closed for dine-in services, all three Houston area locations remain open to service all take-out and delivery orders by offering contactless pickup and delivery. All guests who call-in an order will be able to pick their food up from Mendo's third register and those who order online will pick up their order directly from the online ordering shelf. Guests are also able to place a to-go order inside of the restaurant but will be asked to wait outside for their food to be brought out to them by a member of the staff. Mendo partners with and will continue to deliver through Door Dash and Postmates if customers feel more comfortable receiving their meals directly to their homes. As always, Mendo has a wide variety of catering options for anyone looking to feed a family, available on their website at mendocinofarms.com.

Postino Wine Café (Multiple Locations) The Heights (642 Yale St) location will be offering curbside pickup on the full menu as well as Free delivery so the community can enjoy signature bruschetta, artisan cheeses and cured meats and hand-crafted paninis at home. Postino is featuring special curbside packages as well as $15 bottles of wine to-go. Follow Postino on social for at home recipes and cooking tips. Remember, for every bruschetta board prepared to-go, Postino will donate a meal to No Kid Hungry.

Curbside packages: Date Night-In $25: Board of Bruschetta / 1 Snacky Thing / 1 Salad Kickback Pack $45: Board of Bruschetta / 3 Snacky Thing / Cheese Board Wine To-Go 2-pack $30 / 4-pack $55, Delivery services: UberEATS, DoorDash, Grubhub and Postmates.

Eunice Restaurant The Eunice team will continue operations through curbside pick-up (through their easy circular drive-thru) and free delivery. The limited menu will update each day and feature a mix of signature dishes and a few comfort classics for you and your family to enjoy. Wine specials available as well. Expect your favorites like Home-Style Dinner Rolls, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee, and Red Beans and Rice. Simply call or email curbside@eunicerestaurant.com to place your order.

Irma’s Southwest Grill is a downtown Houston favorite offering take-out service.

Riel Houston is offering a $15 gift card with curbside orders.

BuffBurger is offering kids eat free until the end of March and are available via delivery and curbside.

Backstreet Café is offering $20 gift cards on orders over $50. Order your curbside pick-up! 713-521-2239.

Hearsay is offering FREE delivery to downtown residents.

Saint Arnold Brewing is offering to-go combos like pizza and a six pack of beer for $22 or two burgers + fries + six pack for $33 as well as other combos available for pick up.
